Old ways won't open new doors

The material plane of existence on which we live states that what we think matters, what we believe in we bring into being. You could say thoughts become things, faster and faster. In our day and age where energies are getting stronger and you create what you think faster, you cannot afford to think in the old ways. You need to realize, you are the ruler of your world. Make it one you want to live in.

I know this is easier said than done. So here is my take on what steps you can take to get from where you are to where you want to be:

1. Start now. If you don’t start from where you are now, you might never start challenging your own participation in life’s unfolding. It will endlessly stay the same and you will never change anything.

2. See yourself from the others point of view. Did you ever notice that you immediately know how to solve other people’s problems, but you cannot solve your own. There is a reason for that. We don’t see ourselves clearly because we are us. People we interact with are mirrors for ourselves. Start listening in on what other people are telling you and ask yourself if you could try their way of solving your problems.

3. Think outside the box. Be daring. Ask yourself questions and listen for an unusual answer. Put yourself in other people’s shoes. Be different for a moment. See if anything changes for you and see if you hold yourself back in any given field.

4. Expand your knowledge. Psychology, and all related forms of study of the human thought patterns, spiritual and science based. All is helpful, find what resonates with you now. It will change with time; you will evolve and will want to know more and more. Start somewhere, anywhere your curiosity is drawn. Here are some of my suggestions: Atomic Habits by James Clear, The code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishal Lakhiani, Living Unthetered: Beyond the Human Predicament by Michael A. Singer, Welcome Home: A Guide to Building a Home for Your Soul, Limitless by Jim Kwik.

5. Take small steps. We all started somewhere, and we all needed the time to evolve from our problem infested mind to where we are today. Here’s the good news. Life is picking up pace and so is your learning curve. With all that help from the media you can learn at an accelerated pace. It is your choice.

I can show you the easiest way to change your life for the better but in the end you must do it. Nobody else has this responsibility in your life. It is your life; you have the power to change anything in it one small step at a time. And when you change the way you perceive life, your life will change, and the doors will open.

With endless Love,

Jenny
