The mysteries of life revealed

When we fight against the natural unfolding of life, inner conflict, not just on a personal level, but also on a planetary level ensues. Through that we realise, we are all one entity and it would be best to relax into changes that want to occur through us naturally. We are life itself that wants to live itself out, but also we are the ones to stop life from living. We are the life and the death of our living. We are like the boulder in the middle of a rushing stream. We get constantly hit by the river of life. When we realize that all we can do is let go and let the river carry us then life stops beating us up and starts conspiring with us. Things are unfolding without us thinking about it as much and we realise that the happiest people just live and don't think about doing as much as we do. The magic of living is to distort what is coming throug as little as possible. Just letting it flow and seeing what happens is the best we can do.

We can also see that first, there is an infinite potential in us that we are for the most part not using or even aware of and second, no matter how deeply we look we can never describe that which is with words of the human language. It is a knowing that spreads like a warm tingling sensation through the body and with that we realise that we can just let go of control because anything we can think of to accomplish comes much easier and more brilliant to us when we let it come to us unforced. There is no word to describe the indescribable, but we can feel it and we can hear its whispers when we stop and pay attention. Meditation is, in my opinion, the best way to slow ourselves down enough to get a glimpse of the Magic behind all life. And with the magic comes the knowing of our greatness.

I would like to end with a beautiful thought by Bruno Schulz: "So it comes to pass that, when we pursue an inquiry beyond a certain depth, we step out of the field of psychological categories and enter the sphere of the ultimate mysteries of life. The floorboards of the soul, to which we try to penetrate, fan open and reveal the starry firmament."
